The fund will lend US dollars directly to digital asset institutions with stablecoin settlement, using covenant-based underwriting — financial covenants tied to company financials, cash flow and operating metrics rather than pure collateral. Hashed says capital-constrained regulated banks and collateral-heavy crypto lenders leave profitable, audited infrastructure firms reliant on costly short-term pledging.
