TechFlow, Sept 20 — Strategy founder Michael Saylor said that rather than accepting the final CLARITY compromise's limits on stablecoin rewards, service providers and innovation pilots, the industry should use the next two years to ship compliant products under SEC, CFTC, Treasury and banking-regulator support. He advocates a market with clear rules, open access and full competition — protecting ownership, strengthening disclosure and fighting fraud while letting bitcoin, digital credit, tokenized securities, trading platforms and stablecoins develop. The goal for 2027-2028 is to scale adoption and convert temporary exemptions into durable rules; if 50 million Americans tangibly benefit from low-cost payments, bitcoin services and digital securities, the political cost of reversing course becomes the strongest protection for digital innovation.
