Strategy CEO: SEC's five-year exemption poised to become permanent
TechFlow, Sept 18 — Strategy CEO Phong Le said the five-year window may end up a long-term arrangement: once investors experience faster, modern, around-the-clock markets, they will not go back regardless of who runs the SEC, the White House or Congress. The SEC earlier issued an order granting tokenized securities trading venues a five-year conditional exemption to trade tokenized NMS stocks using permissioned automated market makers and liquidity pools.
