PANews, Sept 18 — CoinDesk reports Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary expects the Clarity Act, which won only 49 votes in this week's Senate vote, to return to the agenda after the midterms — as early as Q1 next year. He noted the House Ways and Means Committee has advanced the Digital Asset Tax Certainty Act covering staking, mining, de minimis payments and broker obligations, yet Congress still has not settled the broader market-structure split between the SEC and CFTC.
