AMC CEO welcomes SEC stock-token rules, calls on Robinhood to match them overseas
TechFlow, Sept 18 — AMC Entertainment chairman and CEO Adam Aron said the SEC set a five-year trial for stock tokens in the US market with three clear conditions: investor protection cannot be compromised; stock tokens must not be synthetic and must carry full voting and dividend rights; and listed companies can object to their securities trading on tokenized platforms. He urged Robinhood to follow the same standards in overseas markets.
