Clarity Act 在美参院受阻，Jake Chervinsky 称“坏法不如不立法”
PANews 9月16日消息，Hyperliquid政策中心首任首席执行官、美国资深加密律师 Jake Chervinsky 发帖表示，美国参议院未通过加密监管法案 Clarity Act，但相关推动者在过去18个月的研究、协商与修订工作“并未在原则上妥协”，坚持“宁可没有法案，也不要坏法案”。他称，受大选年政治博弈影响，“好交易”难以达成，但加密行业在没有 Clarity Act 的情况下仍可运转，美国 SEC 与 CFTC 具备充足权力和专业能力监管加密市场。Jake 认为，加密监管讨论才刚刚开始，未来政策前景依旧存在空间。

PANews Sep 16: Jake Chervinsky, veteran crypto lawyer and first CEO of the Hyperliquid policy center, posted that the US Senate failed to pass the Clarity Act but that its backers' 18 months of research, negotiation and revision 'did not compromise on principle,' holding to 'better no bill than a bad bill.' He said election-year politics made a 'good deal' hard to reach, but crypto can operate without the Clarity Act — the SEC and CFTC have ample authority and expertise to regulate crypto markets. In his view the crypto regulation debate is only beginning, and room for policy progress remains.
