深潮 TechFlow 消息，9 月 15 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，Robinhood Crypto LLC 宣布计划为其股票代币（Stock Tokens）增加投票权机制及实物赎回功能。这一产品升级旨在强化用户权益，回应当前市场对代币化资产法律结构清晰度的需求。针对此前外界关于“投票权缺失”的批评，Robinhood 解释了其现状：现有代币主要提供经济利益暴露，用户在法律上并非登记股东，因此无法参与公司治理。随着合规压力增大，公司将此视为关键改进方向。根据规划，公司将部署代理投票系统，允许符合条件的持有者对上市公司的股东提案进行表决。同时，新的赎回流程将使投资者能够将代币按 1:1 比例转换为传统的线下股份，实现资产的完全提取。

TechFlow Sep 15: CoinDesk reports that Robinhood Crypto LLC announced plans to add a voting mechanism and physical redemption to its stock tokens. The upgrade aims to strengthen holder rights and answer market demand for clarity on the legal structure of tokenized assets. Responding to criticism over missing voting rights, Robinhood explained that current tokens mainly provide economic exposure, as holders are not registered shareholders and cannot participate in governance. Under the plan, the firm will deploy a proxy voting system letting eligible holders vote on shareholder proposals of listed companies, while a new redemption flow will let investors convert tokens 1:1 into traditional offchain shares for full withdrawal.
