韩国数字资产基本法落地承压：立法时间或推迟至2027上半年
深潮 TechFlow 消息，9 月 13 日，据韩媒 MK 报道，韩国共同民主党议员闵炳德（민병덕）透露，韩国《数字资产基本法》将在年内推动制定，计划于本月举行公听会，并在国政监查结束后的 11 月起正式推进法案审议。不过，考虑到国会还将进行国政监查及预算案审查等程序，立法时间可能推迟至明年上半年。此外，韩国金融委员会已公布证券型代币（STO）分阶段实施路线图，金融机构也在推进代币化系统测试及全球基础设施合作，韩国数字资产监管正逐步从制度讨论转向落地准备阶段。

The FSC has published a phased STO implementation roadmap and financial institutions are advancing tokenization system tests and global infrastructure partnerships — Korea's digital asset regulation is shifting from institutional debate to implementation prep.
