泰国SEC起草稳定币新规，仅允许用户存取本人账户，单日每平台上限约15万美元
PANews 9月13日消息，据 Cryptoslate 报道，泰国证监会（SEC）提出稳定币新规草案，持牌加密平台仅允许客户从 / 向本人验证账户或钱包存取稳定币，禁止向他人钱包转账。同时设定每人每日每平台进出各 500 万泰铢（约 15 万美元）上限。该提案目前处于征求意见阶段（意见截止 9 月 25 日），尚未生效。

PANews on Sep 13: Cryptoslate reports Thailand's SEC proposed stablecoin rules under which licensed platforms may only let customers deposit or withdraw stablecoins to or from their own verified accounts or wallets, banning transfers to third-party wallets, with a per-person daily cap of 5 million baht (about $150,000) in and out per platform. The draft is open for comment until Sept 25 and not yet in force.
