据Ledger Insights报道，欧元体系分布式账本技术（DLT）结算项目Pontes计划于9月21日上线。Clearstream已宣布参与上线前的端到端测试，覆盖系统连接、结算流程和运营准备；Axiology也正推进测试与认证，测试场景包括证券发行、二级市场交易、赎回及票息支付。 Pontes的定位是一座互操作性"桥"，将多个市场DLT平台连接至欧元体系TARGET服务，支持以中央银行货币结算代币化证券等批发交易，并通过Hash-Link这一类似哈希锁定托管的机制实现券款对付等同步结算。上线初期，资金端的结算最终性将在T2系统完成相应资金划转后达成。 值得注意的是，欧洲央行已去掉该项

Ledger Insights reports the Eurosystem's DLT settlement project Pontes is scheduled to go live Sept 21. Clearstream has joined end-to-end pre-launch testing covering connectivity, settlement flows and operational readiness, and Axiology is advancing testing and certification across issuance, secondary trading, redemption and coupon payment. Pontes is positioned as an interoperability bridge connecting market DLT platforms to the Eurosystem's TARGET services, supporting wholesale settlement of tokenized securities in central bank money, with a Hash-Link mechanism (similar to hash time-locked escrow) enabling delivery-versus-payment. At launch, cash-leg finality will be achieved after corresponding transfers in T2.
