深潮 TechFlow 消息，9 月 13 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，Circle Internet Group 已签署最终协议，将以全股票交易方式收购新加坡跨境支付平台 Tazapay，交易估值约 4 亿美元。这是 Circle 自 2018 年收购 Poloniex 以来最大规模的并购动作，该笔交易预计在获得相关监管机构批准后于 2027 年正式完成交割。Tazapay 总部位于新加坡，拥有深厚的亚太地区及新兴市场支付基础设施网络。Circle 表示，此次收购旨在获取 Tazapay 的本地化支付能力与银行关系，以满足不断增加的 USDC 结算需求，从而进一步巩固公司在新兴市场的增长势头。

TechFlow, Sep 13: CoinDesk reports Circle signed a definitive agreement to acquire Singapore cross-border payments platform Tazapay in an all-stock deal valued around $400 million — Circle's largest acquisition since Poloniex in 2018, expected to close in 2027 pending regulatory approvals. Tazapay, headquartered in Singapore, brings deep Asia-Pacific and emerging-market payment infrastructure. Circle says the deal secures local payment capabilities and banking relationships to meet growing USDC settlement demand and reinforce emerging-market growth.
