PANews on Sep 2: Sui DeFi protocol Full Sail said it was hit by the Switchboard oracle security incident and has decided to wind down. Affected protocols include Virtue Money, which reported about $455,000 in losses with 45 users liquidated. Switchboard published an incident statement but as of Sept 1 had not provided the technical details Full Sail requested nor committed to compensation, and Mysten Labs declined Full Sail's request for financial support. Full Sail said remaining protocol-owned liquidity will go to users first, with the team covering any shortfall so community depositors are compensated first.
