韩国 Mirae Asset 拟投 1090 亿美元布局加密与代币化
深潮 TechFlow 消息，8 月 28 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，韩国金融集团 Mirae Asset 计划通过其旗下加密货币交易所 Digital X（前身为 Korbit）构建一项规模达 150 万亿韩元（约 1090 亿美元）的数字资产业务。根据《韩国时报》的披露，此举标志着该集团首次通过附属机构控制一家国内加密货币交易所。报告指出，Digital X 的战略重心将覆盖加密货币、稳定币、现实世界资产（RWA）以及证券型代币发行（STO）。该计划在稳定币方面将通过发行自有代币拓展业务范围，在资产代币化方面，则明确提出了对黄金、白银及电力等实物资产的数字化部署方案。早在今年 7 月，Mirae Asset Consulting 已斥资 1414 亿韩元收购了 Korbit 97.15% 的股份。

TechFlow, Aug 28: Cointelegraph reports Korean financial group Mirae Asset plans to build a 150-trillion-won (about $109 billion) digital asset business through its exchange Digital X (formerly Korbit), its first control of a domestic crypto exchange via an affiliate. Per The Korea Times, Digital X's strategy spans crypto, stablecoins, RWA and security token offerings, with plans to issue its own stablecoin and tokenize physical assets including gold, silver and electricity. Mirae Asset Consulting spent 141.4 billion won in July to buy 97.15% of Korbit.
