PANews 8月25日消息，Coinbase宣布，其发行的代币化股票现已在Base网络原生上线，基于B20标准，由受监管托管机构1:1持有，代币持有者拥有股票的完全所有权。机构做市商作为授权参与者购买股票后交由受监管经纪商Alpaca托管，采用阿布扎比全球市场监管的破产隔离结构。首批支持苹果、英伟达等美股，用户可在自托管钱包中持有，在Aerodrome获取流动性，并在Base DeFi生态中用于借贷和组合，支持股息收益和作为抵押品。 B20标准扩展自ERC-20，无需白名单或平台锁定，股息和股票拆分通过链上乘数处理，不影响DeFi仓位。

PANews on Aug 25: Coinbase said its tokenized stocks are now live natively on Base under the B20 standard, 1:1 backed by shares held at a regulated custodian, with holders owning full title. Institutional market makers act as authorized participants and shares are custodied with regulated broker Alpaca in a bankruptcy-remote structure regulated in ADGM. The first batch includes Apple and Nvidia; users can hold in self-custody wallets, source liquidity on Aerodrome and use the tokens across Base DeFi for lending and composability, with dividend support and collateral use. B20 extends ERC-20 with no whitelist or platform lockup; dividends and splits are handled via on-chain multipliers without touching DeFi positions.
