香港警方回应星桥资本黄金交易异常爆仓案：暂列欺诈，尚未有人被捕
深潮 TechFlow 消息，8 月 24 日，据财新网报道，香港警方今日回应星桥资本黄金交易异常爆仓案指出，案件接获多人报案，已报案人员报称未能取回的资金共约 663 万港元。经调查后，案件暂列欺诈，交由中区警区刑事调查队第三队跟进，暂未有人被捕。据涉此案受损投资者取得的资料，截至 8月 24日 13时 50 分已向香港警方报案的人数（已取得报警编号）约 180 人。此前消息，星桥资本此前遭遇极端异常交易导致账户集体爆仓，有账户资金归零，部分甚至出现负数欠款。在此次事件中，不少投资者采用 USDT 稳定币方式向星桥资本入金，这种入金方式虽转账便捷、到账快速，但同时资金流转隐蔽，事发后监管机构难以追踪。
