深潮 TechFlow 消息，8 月 24 日，据 Criptonoticias 报道，，Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino 于 8 月 23 日表示，委内瑞拉、阿根廷、玻利维亚和土耳其等发展中国家正越来越多地使用 USDT，主要用于国内及跨境贸易，并在本币快速贬值、美元现金短缺或金融体系受限的情况下作为数字美元和价值储存工具；其中，委内瑞拉中小企业使用 USDT 结算进出口业务，玻利维亚已将其用于包括燃料采购在内的商业交易，阿根廷的街头经济和点对点市场则广泛使用 USDT 进行保值和兑换，土耳其居民也通过 USDT 应对持续通胀。

Venezuelan SMEs settle imports and exports in USDT, Bolivia uses it for commercial payments including fuel purchases, Argentina's street and P2P markets use it widely for savings and exchange, and Turkish residents turn to it against persistent inflation.
