韩国法院判处 Delio CEO 15 年监禁
深潮 TechFlow 消息，8 月 14 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，韩国首尔南部地方法院判处加密货币平台 Delio 首席执行官郑尚浩（Jeong Sang-ho）15 年监禁，罪名包括诈骗客户约 700 亿韩元（约 4920 万美元）加密资产及伪造文件注册为虚拟资产服务提供商。检方曾寻求 20 年刑期，但法院驳回了涉及约 2500 亿韩元、影响约 2800 名受害者的主要欺诈指控，理由是相关证据系非法收集。法院还因潜逃风险下令拘留郑尚浩。Delio 于 2023 年 6 月暂停提款，2024 年 11 月宣布破产。
South Korean court sentences Delio CEO to 15 years
The Seoul Southern District Court sentenced Delio CEO Jeong Sang-ho to 15 years for defrauding clients of ~KRW 70B (~$49.2M) in crypto and falsifying documents to register as a VASP, per Cointelegraph. Prosecutors sought 20 years, but the court dismissed the main fraud charge (~KRW 250B, ~2,800 victims) due to illegally obtained evidence. Jeong was ordered detained over flight risk. Delio halted withdrawals in Jun 2023 and declared bankruptcy in Nov 2024.
