深潮 TechFlow 消息，8 月 14 日，据 PRNewswire 报道，Bitwise 资产管理公司宣布与金融科技公司 Superstate 合作，拟为旗下部分基金开发份额代币化持有功能。根据方案，代币化仅改变基金份额的登记形式，不改变投资者购买渠道、持有权利及基础产品本身。投资者未来可选择通过传统簿记形式持有份额，或以区块链记录的代币化形式持有。Bitwise 表示，Bitwise Solana 质押 ETF（BSOL）预计将成为首个可能提供代币化份额选项的基金，但该安排仍需满足适用的法律与监管要求，何时落地尚不确定。
Bitwise to partner with Superstate on fund-share tokenization; BSOL may be first pilot
Bitwise partnered with fintech Superstate to develop tokenized holdings for some of its funds, per PRNewswire. Tokenization would only change how shares are recorded, not the purchase channel, rights or underlying product; investors could choose traditional book-entry or blockchain-recorded tokenized holdings. The Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) is expected to be the first fund to potentially offer tokenized shares, subject to legal and regulatory requirements, with timing uncertain.
