欧盟计划修订MiCA框架，聚焦非欧盟稳定币发行商准入规则
PANews 8月8日消息，据Bitcoin.com News报道，欧盟已决定对MiCA框架进行修订，以解决Tether等非欧盟稳定币发行商被挡在欧盟市场之外的问题。美国GENIUS法案的出台以及特朗普政府对稳定币的积极推动，也加速了这一决定。Circle欧盟政策负责人Patrick Hansen此前警告称，现行MiCA制度存在重大监管空白，让欧洲用户“要么得不到保护，要么被切断联系”。此外，欧盟还考虑将代币化支付和存款等新兴技术纳入修订范围。一名欧盟外交官表示“重新讨论该文件在现阶段已不可避免”，并指出MiCA框架于2023年5月获批，许多条款已落后于行业发展现实。

The EU has decided to revise the MiCA framework to address the exclusion of non-EU stablecoin issuers like Tether from the EU market.
